-You can use your ID number and your password to access the price list.
-The price on the list is all in Ro-Ro vessel FOB KOBE. Insupection fee (QISJ,JEVIC,other), insurance and freight will be added later if they are needed.
-JVC Stock list will be updated on arrival of new vehicles. Please check the Stock list up often.
-When we got many offers for one vehicle, the first replier will get a right to buy it.
–Any cancellation will be never accepted after JVC sent a proforma invoice.
-If you canceled, until JVC got a cancellation fee, your ID number and Password will be invalidation.
-The method of payment(stock and offer) must be T/T only.
-We cannot accept payment from the 3rd person whose name is not listed as a member or a consignee of the vehicle.
-50%(Minimum USD 1,000 / JPY 100,000) deposit of your total car price is required within a week after you received a proforma invoice.
(If the total cost is less than USD 1,000 / JPY100,000, the total cost is required.)
-In case we cannot receive your deposit by the due date on a proforma invoice, your purchase will be cancelled.
-Within 2 weeks after the shipment arrived at your port, you have to arrange the rest of the balance.(Total balance)
-In case we cannot receive full balance after 2weeks, the units will be cancelled. In that case, the deposit will be applied
as the charge of cancellation.
We cannot accept any complaints 2 weeks after the vessel arrived.
-We cannot accept any claims on any units that is less than FOB USD 1,500 / JPY 150,000.
-We cannot accept any complaints about the vehicle that passed 10 years after registered, the mileage is over 110,000km.
-We cannot accept any complaints about the expendables which are stop lamp, head lamp, tires, battery and consumable goods, etc.
-We cannot accept any complaints after you sell your units you bought from us to the 3rd person.
-We cannot accept any claim on any stolen items/accessories once the vessel departs from Japan.
-We cannot guarantee the condition of Audio system which is already installed in the vehicle.
-When a cancellation is required after we send you a proforma invoice, your ID number and Password will be invalidation until JVC got a cancellation fee.
-You might be dismissed from our membership or business may be restricted or stopped, if you fail to follow our instructions or decisions.
